Aerial Fitness (For All Levels)
Join us on Monday, Thursday and Friday evenings for a combination of core strengthening and full-body cross-training circuits while creatively using aerial apparatuses! All skill levels are welcome and modifications can be provided to increase or decrease intensity. Aerial fitness focuses primarily on upper body, core strength, and balance.
Summer 2025 Schedule:
Mondays at 5:15pm in Studio C with Hannah Fontes
Thursdays at 6:30pm in Studio C with Jes Palmer
Fridays at 5:15pm in Studio C with Dawn Tucker
Flexibility
In this conditioning-focused class, we'll stretch hips, back and arms using both active and passive stretching methods. Great for tight athletes of any discipline!
Flexibility classes are not currently being offered in Summer 2025. Check back in with us in the Fall!
Aerial Yoga
Join Momentum for our Aerial Yoga class! Utilize silk hammocks to assist with traditional yoga poses in this fun, yoga-centered class taught by physical therapist Amy Flory. Aerial yoga is a wonderful way to incorporate the benefits of yoga with the fun and creativity of aerial arts. It is a gentle and accessible way to experience the silks, rooted in traditional yogic movement.
Please note: this is a yoga class. If you'd like to learn more advanced skills in the silks, you may want to consider joining our Silks level 1a classes.
We do not currently have Aerial Yoga on our schedule. Please reach out to be put on a waitlist, we will contact you if there is enough interest to run this class next semester.
